We aim to respond within 24 hours or less. Bakery orders generally require 48 hours to fill.  72 hrs for FAB orders. If you have a tight deadline, give us a call. We may have other options that will work.

There aren't many scratch bakeries left, and although we try, we can't sample everything. That's why we offer a money back guarantee if you return the product within 24 hours. We need to know if there's a problem. The only exception to that is custom orders. Sorry! We do not give refunds on custom decorated orders.
